He received his education in the Saint Louis Public School System and graduated from Sumner High School in 1970, this is where he met Cathy Ausler. In September 1971 he married his love and life partner Cathy M. Davis (Ausler), and to this union four children were born.

Aaron (Brother Harun) found peace in the Islamic teachings and studies of the Ahmadiyya Muslim religion.  For over 40 years, Bro. Harun devoted himself to practicing his faith and building friendships amongst his brothers, while attending Baitul-Hafeez Masjid of Saint Louis, Missouri.

Aaron (Brother Harun) was a wonderful loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. During his life he was a loving son to his mother and shared an amazing bond with his brothers. Caring for his family gave him great pride and joy.  He will be remembered most of all for his strength of character, compassionate heart and the kindness shown through his actions.

Aaron (Brother Harun) remain steadfast and faithful until he passed away peacefully on May 4, 2020 in his home.

Aaron (Brother Harun) leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Cathy M. Davis; his children Katina G. Davis, Aaron A. Davis (Alicia), Calema N. Brewer (Michael), and Galentiaul A. Davis; grandchildren: Ian, Ethan, Dayana, Donavin, Ayanna, Jada, McKayla, Joseph, Aja, Aarin, and Sofia; devoted brothers Kenneth Davis (Jacqueline) and Barron Burnett.  He will also be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his Baitul-Hafeez Masjid family. He will forever live in the hearts of the lives of those of whom he touched.
