Mr. Claude L. Randall III

Claude Leonidas Randall, III was born November 17, 1956 to Claude Randall, Jr. (aka Jimmy) and Anna Thomas (Hicks) in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the second of three children blessed by this union. His older sister Marsha Randall preceded him in death. His other siblings included Dena Isom (deceased), Endea Woods, Lisa Murphy, Jamie Randall, Benjamin Randall and Christopher Randall.

He attended St. Louis Public School, Coraopolis Pennsylvania Public School in Pittsburg and Christian Brothers College High School (CBC). A few months following graduation from high school he decided to voluntarily join the United States Navy in 1974, where he began his career as a Lifer for serving his country for twenty years until his retirement. Christian love and respect for others were instilled in all of his siblings as well as himself and his sons, Claude A. Randall IV and Phillip M. Randall.

Claude’s passion was in computer technology, and he received several accommodations for his skills in this field while in the service along with increased military rank promotions. He continued this passion upon his retirement from the United States Navy in 2002 with various employers when he returned to his birth home in St. Louis, Missouri.

Claude was united in holy matrimony to the life partner of his dreams, Marcia Lynn Meredith on February 9, 1990. Two children were blessed to this couple, Claude Randall IV and Phillip M. Randall. Claude and Marcia had longed for children of their own after pursuing and achieving their life careers, and was blessed with these two miracles.

Claude struggled with a lifelong health illness that finally took it’s toil until his demise on October 27, 2021, when the Lord came to reclaim his child. He took him by the hand and led him to his eternal home.

Claude leaves to cherish his memory: his life partner of 31 years, Marcia Lynn Randall; two sons, Claude Anderson Randall IV (Danielle) and Phillip Michael Randall; a very loving father, Claude Randall, Jr. “Jimmy”, mother Anna Thomas (Hicks) and Brenda Prewitt-Randall; devoted super brothers, Jamie Randall, Benjamin Randall and baby brother Christopher Randall “Chris”; sisters, Endea Woods and Lisa Murphy; brothers-in-law, Tyrone Meredith, Sr. and Jack Damon Meredith; granddaughter, Athena and one still in the oven, Ciyah Array; numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and caring friends.
