Damon Lamont Hawkins was the first born son to Darlene Hawkins and Mark Moore February 21, 1975 at Barnes Jewish Hospital. He was educated in the St. Louis Public School District.
He was very bold, fearless and unapologetically himself at all times. Damon loved fashion, shoes and music he cherished spending time around family reminiscing about the past. He was a very loving and giving person, and had no problems with expressing his love for his family and friends. He would give you his last if you asked. He was happiest when he was with his granddaughter Arliyah whom he cherished every moment he spent with her. Damon was an original, a one of one in which God blessed with a heart bigger than his body. He will truly be missed.
Left behind, for his memory to be carried on are his Daughter; Darian Hawkins, Granddaughter; Arliyah McGowan, Mother; Darlene Watkins, Grandmothers Ann Moore and Dorthy Cunningham, Siblings; Keyon, Stacy, Maurice, Kennita, Demitris and Corey Wife; Tomeko Hawkins, Step-daughters; Nandi and Armani, Step-father Kenneth Watkins, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins whom he called brother and sister.
