Mr. Delbert Miller Obituary

Delbert Duval Miller was born to Delmar Sr. and Yvonne (Fields) Miller on April 17, 1968, at St. Louis County Hospital in Clayton, Mo. His father preceded him in death.

Delbert was the youngest of the twins and they were very close growing up in Kirkwood, Mo., attending Kirkwood School District. He loved sports, especially football. He played little league football at 8 years old (both) through high school. He and his twin brother Delmar graduated from Kirkwood High School in 1986. He attended Kansas Community College in Kansas.

Delbert moved to Chicago, IL at 23 years old and remained there until his demise. He had an outstanding personality, was caring, loving, protective, very friendly, funny and loved by all who knew him. He had a very special lady in his life, Jodie Lombard, who was instrumental in locating his body. She was determined, persistent and never letting up until successful. The Miller Family appreciates her love for him and us!

Delbert leaves to mourn mother, Yvonne Miller (Florida), son, Cliffton James (Festus, Mo.) twin brother, Delmar D. Miller (St. Louis, Mo.), sisters, Carolyn Fields (California), Denise Fields (Florida), Shakir Miller (St. Louis, Mo.) and Ann Eva Miller (St. Louis, Mo.), aunts, Oneatha Pearson (Ohio), Shirley Alton (St. Louis, Mo.) and Vanessa Fields (St. Louis, Mo.) along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
