Howard Ray Elgin was born June 7, 1964 to the union of James and Vivian Elgin in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Howard was educated in the Saint Louis Public School District. He loved to go fishing with family and friends.
Howard departed this life at the age of 58, on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 10:10 A.M. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will be kept alive by his family.
Howard was preceded in death by his loving father, James Alonzo Elgin Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory: his precious son, Makylan; mother, Vivian Elgin; three sisters, Jeannette, Denise and Ashley; three brothers, James, Anthony and Andre; his ex-wife, Belinda; a host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
