Jeffery Louis Carter was born to Lee Jackson and Irene Carter on May 26, 1961.l in St. Louis, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother, Lester Carter.
Jeffrey was educated in the Saint Louis Public School System. He was electrician by trade and enjoyed being the family handyman. He never met a stranger and would talk to anyone. Jeffrey professed his faith in Jesus Christ at a young age in the Baptist church. He celebrated 9 years sobriety in September of this year.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his brother Phillips Carter; nieces Sanyaneeka Carter, Latasha Carter, Philippia Carter, Myra Carter, Breinne Carter, Louise Carter, Irene Carter, Phyllis Carter, Lakesha Alford, and Asaline Robinson; nephews Lester Carter Jr. and Samuel Robinson; aunts Clara Goodwin, Bobbie Jean Isball, and Mamie Lee Booker; a very special sister-in-law Denise Thomas; his sponsor John Burns Jr.; special friend Christine Spicer; best friend Vincent Ivory, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
