Mr. Kenneth Bailey Obituary

Kenneth Wayne Bailey Sr. was born March 10th, 1963 to Pauline Phillips. He was the second of two children.

He attended O'fallon Tech High School in St. Louis, MO. He also attended a trade school where he graduated with his heating and cooling certificate.

He accepted Christ at an early age at The Mount Bethel Missionary Baptist Church of St. Louis, MO.

Ken united in marriage to the love of his life Joyce Allen on April 29th, 2006. Kenneth and Joyce brought three beautiful children into their union where two of the three gave them four grandchildren. They stayed together for over four decades.

To know Ken was to love him. He was a friendly, loving, smart, and kind hearted type of guy. He loved spending time with his family and vacationing with his grandchildren. Ken enjoyed sitting in his garage with friends drinking and laughing while barbecuing.

Kenneth leaves to cherish his memory: The one, the only, the apple of his life and the beauty of his eye Joyce Bailey, his darling mother aunt Dorothy Phifer, his handsome son Kenneth (Tierra) Bailey, his beautiful baby girl Dorneshea (Marteno) Cosey, his little son Jamal Bailey, his 4 wonderful grandchildren Kanya Bailey, My’Lee Cosey, Dallas Bailey, and Mar’Lee Cosey, his brothers Kelton (Mary) Bailey, Ronnie (Sheila) Gillespie, and Randy (Sharon) Gillespie of Evansville, Indiana, his sister Darlene Survillion, his sisters-in-laws Janice (Earnest) Dorris, Vickie Allen, Frances Allen, one uncle Harold Hudson and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
