Lee was born January 2 7 1950, in Saint Louis, Missouri to Cynthia Marie Lotts and Lee Vern Lotts sr. He was the second of ten children born to this union. Lee was preceded in death by his father (Lee Sr.), mother (Cynthia), brothers (Ronald, Vincent, Carl, and Phillip), sister (Yvonne) and granddaughter (Asia).
Lee accepted Christ at a early age. He grew up on Mullanphy Street and was called Junior by family and friends. But to his neighbors he was called Mr. Lee. After completing high school, he enlisted in the army. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Lee enjoyed being at home watching sports on tv and playing the lottery. He also loved having his granddaughter Ashlee to take him to run his errands, and going out to eat occasionally.
God called him hone on Friday, July 19" 2024 at 11:13 am. He was well loved by family and friends.
Lee leaves behind to cherish his memories to daughters (April and Dana), son (Mark Sr.), grandchildren (Ashlee, Mark Jr., Joshua, and Justin), two brothers (Jerry and Mark) and two sisters (Vernonia and Paula). He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, grandchildren, cousins and friends.
