Lorenzo Zachary Chambers-Harris, affectionately called Zach or Zo, was born on December 22, 1987 in Houston, Texas to Delean Chambers and Randall Harris. Shortly after his birth, his mother moved to St. Louis.
Lorenzo was educated in the St. Louis Public Schools and was a member of Gateway Institute of Technology High School graduating class of 2006. Later, he attended Prairie View A&M University receiving his Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Lorenzo have his life to Christ at an early age and joined New Sunny Mount Baptist Church where he served on the youth usher board and choir.
After graduating college, Lorenzo began his career in Architecture in Houston, Texas working as an intern for RHA Architects and alongside his father on numerous projects. This work later lead him to his career as an Inspector for the City of St. Louis Code Enforcement. Upon his return to St. Louis, he began to follow his passion for music. Forming a group with his long-time friend Lonnie, he began to perform around the city and became a notable artist under the group "No Doze".
Lorenzo was also a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma. During the course of his life he touched many lives positively. "Zo" was full of life and personality which attracted many friends and people who genuinely respected and loved him. His smile and laughter was infectious and could light an entire room.
Lorenzo transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on June 21, 2020. He was preceded in death by his mother, Delean Chambers; maternal grandparents, Elbert and Alberta Chambers; paternal grandparents, Thomas James Harris and Alma EvangelineHarris and uncle, Kenneth Chambers.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his father and step-mother, Randall and Willie Mae Harris of Houston, TX; brothers, Shelton K. Johnson and Keenan Chambers-King; sister, Ranetta D. Green (Don Sr.); aunts, Vanessa Chambers Browley (Cornelius), Cassandra Brooks, and Willie E. Shamsi; uncles, James B. Harris (Katherine) and Thomas Harris; companion, Monique Daniels; long-time childhood friends and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
