Mr. Malcolm Weaver Jr. Obituary

Master Malcolm Ahmah X Weaver Jr. was born January 26, 1994 to the union of Malcolm Weaver Sr. and Tijuana Weaver. Malcolm’s loving angels who preceded him in death are his great-grandparents Percy and Sarah Gigers, and Cleveland Gigers; his grandparents, Glenn and Dawn (Pace) Cunningham, Vivian Cunningham, Kenneth Jackson and Deborah Jackson.

Malcolm was baptized in his youth at Walnut Park Church of Christ under the leadership Pastor Charles McElroy. As a young adult he transitioned to the faith of Islam.

“Poodah”, as he was affectionately called, loved his momma, sister and his nephews. Those whom he called “family” he would give the shirt off his back, and provide wisdom and knowledge that one would cherish for a lifetime. Poodah was a leader among those he fellowshipped with. Poodah was known to sport the number 22 when playing football for the Jr. Rams.

Poodah was educated in the Saint Louis Public School System. He graduated from Carnahan High in 2012.

Poodah had swag like none other, he obtained best dressed throughout middle school and high school. His hobbies included chess, spades, the concept of babysitting and music. Music became a source of therapy.

There is nothing like a grandparent’s love, but to experience the love and faithfulness of a praying great-grandmother is phenomenal. “Grandma”, as Poohda affectionally called his great-grandmother Doris Gigers, held a special place in his heart.

Malcolm leaves to cherish his memories: his mother Tijuana (Amos), his father Malcolm Sr. (Sheree), step-mother Kimberly Busby; sisters Kenyatta (Shawn), Makaila, Antoinia, Jazmyne, Kierra and Miracle; brothers Donetrelle, Khari, Desmond, Antwan and Malachi; great-grandmother Doris Gigers, grandfather J.B Hayes; God-mothers Sis. Porter and Bridget; God-sister Adeisah and MaTaya; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Though Pooda’s physical presence will be missed, his love will forever live in our hearts.
