Wayne Jerome Dillon was born August 27th, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Mary Lindsay and Leon T. Dillon. He was the second of seven children. Wayne attended the St. Louis Public School District.
He was given the nickname "Cowboy" as he was seldom seen without his signature cowboy hat and boots on.
Cowboy departed this life on January 3rd, 2023. He leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter LaRhonda Renee Dillon; two granddaughters, Brionna Anthony and Diamond Bennett; one grandson, Kirk Bennett Jr. and one great grandson, Quentin Alexander. He was survived by siblings Ronnie, Barbretta, Eric, Harlan, Phyllis, Alvin and Marvin. Among others are a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
