With profound sadness and overflowing love, we announce the passing of Angelia M Jimerson, affectionately known as Angel, a beautiful soul whose light touched all who knew her. Angelia departed this life on September 27, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving behind a family and community who adored her more than words can express.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, on May 26, 1980, to the late Glenn Robinson and Centeria Luckadue, Angelia was the fourth of five children and the first girl. She shared a deep and unbreakable bond with her siblings: Stevon Parker (Gabrielle), Kourtney Parker (Erica), David Robinson(Andrea), and Amorya Daniels.
Angelia met her first husband, Kennieth D. Roberson, in the early 1990s, and together they had two daughters, Danielle Sailor and Erica Dobbins (Derrion). She later welcomed her third p Kendra Hewlett. In the mid-2000s, Angelia met the love of her life, Tommy C. Jimerson, in Jacksonville, Arkansas. They later married and were blessed with five more children: Barack Jimerson, Malcolm Jimerson, Maya Jimerson , and twins Genesis and Josiah Jimerson.
Above all, Angelia was a devoted and fierce mother of eight. Her love for her children was unconditional, and she poured her heart into raising them with strength, patience, compassion, and joy. Her heart only grew bigger when she became the grandmother of 14 grandchildren, whom she adored endlessly. Her face would light up in their presence, and every moment with them was cherished.
Angelia’s personality filled every room she entered. She was the life of the party—always laughing, dancing, and singing, with a smile that could brighten even the darkest days. Her joyful spirit was contagious, and her humor and warmth made everyone feel welcomed and loved. She leaves behind countless memories that her family and friends will hold dear forever.
A woman of remarkable strength, independence, and compassion, Angelia’s presence made the world a better place. She loved animals, often caring for strays, and found peace in simple joys—gardening, music, and time spent surrounded by loved ones. Even in her final days, she inspired all who knew her with resilience, grace, and unwavering love.
Angelia’s legacy is one of love, laughter, and light. She will be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose spirit lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” – Psalm 34:18
