Ms. Aisha Y. Lavender

Aisha Lavender 43, was born August 3, 1977 to Sondra Lavender and Otha Douglas. She departed this life on Friday, August 28, 2020 at Barnes-Jewish Hopsital.

Aisha worked for NARA for over 20 years where she was adored and loved by so many of her co-workers and associates.

Aisha had the biggest heart and was always helping and assisting in whatever areas she could. She loved kids and loved being with her family and friends.

Isha’s hobbies included baking her famous caramel and split lemon cakes, diamond painting, shopping, doing hair and traveling. Aisha was an absolute gem to be around and definetely someone you wanted to call a friend.

Aisha is survived by her mom, Sondra Lavender whom she adored greatly; her aunt, Sandra Lavender; her uncles, Kenneth, Emmanuel and William Mitchell, David Lavender; her sisters Kimberly and Danielle Douglas, Yolanda Pendleton, and a host of cousins and nephews. Aisha was preceded in death by her big brother Antoine, sister Perry Jones and uncle Johnny Lavender.
