Ms. Annette Shead

Annette Sam (Townley) Shead was born November 27, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri to Mildred Townley and Raymond Chapman whom preceded her in death. 

"Sam" gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was a graduate of the St. Louis Public School District and went on to complete the C.N.A. program at St. Louis Job Corps. 

Sam was a fun, loving and outgoing person who everyone loved to be around. She loved her spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and listening to music. 

She departed this life on May 11, 2020, leaving to cherish her memory: three daughters, Donna (Cedric), Ranecia (DeAndre) and Rannette (Cornell); twelve grandchildren, three bonus grandchildren, one great granddaughter, twelve siblings and a host of great nieces, great nephews and friends.
