Harriet Ann Levy was born April 24, 1961 to the union of Harry Clerk and Arnell Gardner Levy. Her father preceded her in death.
Harriet accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Lively Stone Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop P.L. Scott.
Harriet was a Class of 1979 graduate from Central High School in St. Louis, Missouri. While attending high school she was involved in the drama club, volleyball and captain of the cheerleading squad. She always possessed a beautiful brain as well as a beautiful smile. Upon graduating, Harriet desired to become a lawyer. Although she did not become a lawyer, through hard work and dedication she successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 2001.
Harriet was the caregiver of her loving mother until her health began to fail. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to all who knew and loved her.
Harriet departed this life on March at Barnes-Jewish Hospital – St. Peters. She leaves to her memory: one beloved daughter, FeLauren Aurielle Levy; her mother, Arnell Levy; two brothers, Joey Levy and Johnnie Levy; one sister, Jacqueline Levy; three grandchildren, Mario Scaife, Jr., Amaze Anderson-Levy and A’Mori Anderson; one nephew, Julian Hubbard (Trina); one niece, Shanell Levy; three great nieces, Journi, Azari and Amirah; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
