Ms. Karla E. Hill

August 26, 1963 ~ February 12, 2020 (age 56)

Obituary

Karla E. Hill born August 26, 1963, in Flint, Michigan, to Ozell Warren and Hampton Hill, Jr. Her life’s journey began in Flint, MI, with stops in Little Rock, AR, Dermott, AR and finally St. Louis, MO, where she lived for over forty years.

Karla worked as a Customer Service Agent with Delta Airlines for the past ten years, where she ensured customers received quality care during their travel experience. Just about every employee at Lambert International Airport knew Karla. She will always be fondly remembered for her outgoing personality and her fun loving spirit. Karla was a beacon of light in even the most dire of situations. She instantly owned every room she entered and was loved by all who had the pleasure of making her acquaintance. Karla never left anyone she’d just met and still consider them a stranger. She enjoyed life to the fullest, but nothing provided her more enjoyment than her grandchildren who were her pride and joy.

The Lord needed another angel and called Karla home on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. Her father, Hampton Hill, Jr., brothers, Jeffrey C. Warren and Lonnie D. Hill, and grandparents, Eunice B. Roston and Willie Smith, Sr. preceded her in death.

Williams, Jr. (Janessa) of St. Louis, Missouri; her mother, Ozell Warren, of Little Rock, AR; two brothers, Ronald E. Warren (Earline), of Gainesville, FL; Gary E.
