Ms. Mary L. Emery

Mary L. Brown Emery was born June 27, 1955 to the late McAlister and Louise Smith Brown in Tipton County, Tennessee. She was the oldest of twelve. 

Mary atended Saint Lous Public Schools.

She departed this life on June 18, 2021 at home surrounded by her daughter, son and grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her father McAlister, mother Louise, sister Shontesia, brother McAlister Jr., son Charles, great niece Aigner and nephews Alfonzo and Elque. 

She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Angela; two sons, Ernest and Carter; twenty-five grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren; five sisters, Debra (Al), Janet (Keith), Phyllis, Marilyn, and Shonta (Daniel), four brothers, Willie (Ruby), Michael (Flora), Sammy (Barbara) and Danny (Aliska); two aunts, three uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins in Chicago, Michigan, Memphis and Tennessee.
